The New York City Council is holding a hearing on the Mayor’s fiscal year 2024 preliminary budget on Thursday, March 23. Public comment will start at 2:00 PM. We need community members to testify or submit written testimony* about how harmful cuts to social and housing services in this budget are to New Yorkers — and what we want (cuts to DOC bloat) instead!
