The New York City Council is holding a hearing on the Mayor’s fiscal year 2024 preliminary budget on Monday, March 13. Public comment starts at 2:30 PM. We need community members to testify or submit written testimony about how harmful cuts to social services and the city workforce are to New Yorkers — and what we want (investments in housing and social safety nets) instead!
