The New York City Council is holding a hearing on the Mayor’s fiscal year 2024 preliminary budget on Tuesday, March 14. Public comment will start at 12:00 PM. We need community members to testify or submit written testimony* about how harmful cuts to CUNY are to young New Yorkers — and what we want (investments in CUNY) instead!
The People’s Plan will be providing talking points to all those who submit testimony. To get instructions and sample testimony to submit, please fill out this form.
